Job summary

Compleat Kidz is hiring a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in North Carolina. This full-time role blends in-clinic and remote work, supporting children and families with high-quality ABA therapy.

The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, supervise RBTs, monitor progress, collaborate with families, and maintain compliant documentation. NC licensure or eligibility is required; active BCBA certification is essential.

• Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills are required.
• Excellent assessment, case management and documentation abilities are essential.
• Active BCBA certification and a relevant master's degree are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
