Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is hiring a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The role blends in-clinic supervision with remote consultation, delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
