Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in New Jersey. The role blends in-person supervision with telehealth, requiring a minimum of 10% in-person supervision per client and travel up to 30 miles for sessions and parent training.

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Completion of BCBA supervision training.
• NJ Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and FBAs to identify target behaviors.
• Develop individualized BIPs based on assessment outcomes.
• Design, implement, and modify ABA-based treatment programs.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and other team members.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans to improve outcomes.
• Ensure accurate data collection for all target behaviors.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Communicate with families to share updates and recommendations.
