Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time BCBA to join the team blending in-person and telehealth supervision. The role emphasizes implementing ABA programs, supervising BTs and RBTs, and coordinating with families to support children with ASD.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with travel between client sites up to 30 miles and opportunities for ongoing professional development within a supportive clinical community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Completion of BCBA supervision training.
• Maryland licensure as a Behavior Analyst (LBA).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments (FBAs, skills assessments).
• Develop and implement individualized BIPs based on assessment outcomes.
• Design, implement, and modify ABA-based treatment programs.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and other team members.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans to improve outcomes.
• Ensure accurate data collection and analyze data to guide decisions.
• Provide ongoing training and support to families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, and therapists for holistic care.
• Communicate regularly with families about progress and recommendations.
