Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA seeks a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA services via hybrid in-person and telehealth formats. You’ll supervise staff, conduct assessments and implement individualized plans, with up to 30 miles of travel for sessions and parent training as needed.

The role requires a BCBA and Maryland LBA credentials, with travel and collaboration across interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care for children with ASD.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Completion of BCBA supervision training.
• Maryland LBA license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and FBAs to identify target behaviors.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design, implement, and modify ABA-based treatment programs.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and other team members on interventions.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans to improve outcomes.
• Ensure consistent data collection for all target behaviors and objectives.
• Analyze treatment data to guide clinical decisions and effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to families and caregivers in behavioral strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, and therapists for holistic care.
• Communicate updates and recommendations to families.

Education

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

BCBA supervision training completion

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland
