Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Union, NJ. This full-time role offers supervision of BTs/RBTs, data-driven treatment adjustments, and family consultations, with a focus on small caseloads and 1:1 ABA approaches.

The position provides a hybrid work model (center and remote), competitive pay between $85,000 and $95,000, plus a benefits package and potential annual incentive up to $6,000.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA per the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA intervention strategies, reinforcement theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws governing behavior interventions.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and modify the treatment plan accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns related to behavior modification or staff.
• BCBAs receive support from Clinical Manager including scheduling help and caseload assistance.
