Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a BCBA to lead supervision across in-home, school, and center-based settings. You’ll supervise technicians, develop ABA programs, and educate parents while prioritizing client outcomes and collaboration with families.

The role offers hybrid schedule with up to 50% remote work, a structured onboarding, ongoing CEUs, and a clear path for growth within a clinician-led organization.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Background check, TB test and pre-employment physical may be required; immunities to MMR/VZV needed during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
• Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.
• Meet ALP’s standards and funding source required best practices related to client facing care and parent consultation.
