Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead comprehensive assessments, design ABA-based treatment plans, and supervise BTs and RBTs. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams to drive meaningful outcomes for children with ASD.

The position offers a hybrid schedule, remote billable work, and in-clinic supervision, with travel up to 30 miles for client sessions and parent training as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification is current.
• Completion of BCBA supervision training.
• LBA certification in New Jersey.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments, including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment outcomes.
• Design, implement, and modify treatment programs grounded in ABA principles.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and other team members on intervention strategies.
• Monitor client progress toward treatment goals and adjust plans as needed.

Formation

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
