Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide high-quality behavioral analysis services. The role features a flexible schedule, a hybrid work setup with both remote and in-person presence, and a small, manageable caseload designed for balance and impact.

You’ll supervise RBTs, perform assessments, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress for children. Minimum 1 year ABA experience required; compensation reflects hourly pay in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own small caseload of amazing kids and families.
• Supervise RBTs in schools and homes (in-person and telehealth).
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
