Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead the development and supervision of individualized ABA interventions for children with autism. You will track progress, collaborate with families, and ensure treatment fidelity across sessions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, supervision of a clinical team, and the ability to balance clinical work with flexible scheduling (full or part-time).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for exam in the next 3 months.
• Demonstrated skills implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) with children with autism.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor and document client progress and share in achievements as behaviors improve.
• Provide family consultation to explain assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring for issues and communicating concerns.
• Supervise, train, and orient a growing team of behavioral technicians.

Education

Master’s degree in behavioral analysis

Current BCBA license

Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments
