Job summary

Beyond Autism Services is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our collaborative team providing high-quality ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services to children on the Autism Spectrum.

As a BCBA, you will develop individualized treatment programs, supervise RBTs, train families, and participate in interdisciplinary collaboration, all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• LBS in the State of Pennsylvania required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Review clinical data and monitor client progress.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and clinical collaboration.
• Supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB requirements.
• Deliver high-quality, ethical, and client-centered ABA services.
