Key Autism Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role serving La Grange and Norwood Center. You will lead assessments, develop behavior plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, and support families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, in-home or center-based services, and a strong focus on outcomes, mentorship, and professional development. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Lab certification where required by state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
