The Treetop ABA in Georgia is seeking a full-time Qualified Behavior Analyst to join our clinician-led team in a hybrid position, combining in-center work with flexible planning and supervision.

You will conduct FBAs, develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to support growth; we offer generous benefits, a sign-on bonus up to $10K, and continuous professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active QBA Certification is required.
• Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) is required.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver clinic-based ABA therapy and support families with goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
