Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications.
• Complete clinical documentation and reports in a timely manner.
