Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health in Lanham, MD is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to implement ABA plans under supervision and to support RBTs, with in-person and remote work for children across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Ability to work both in-person and remotely in a hybrid role.
• Availability for afternoon and/or evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide clinical support and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Assist with training, modeling, and performance feedback for direct care staff
• Collect, review, and analyze client data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills using play-based and naturalistic teaching strategies
• Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and caregiver collaboration as appropriate
• Maintain ethical standards, professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors
