Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for hybrid in-person and remote services. You will design and implement ABA plans for children with autism and developmental disabilities, coordinating with families and professionals.

The role requires BCBA certification, a Master's in ABA/psychology, and MD LBA eligibility, with experience and strong communication. You will train staff, document progress, and contribute to quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Maryland LBA license or eligibility is required.
• Hybrid work arrangement (in-person and remote) is supported.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive ABA treatment plans for children.
• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatments.
