Autism Learning Partners is seeking a BCBA in North Carolina for a clinician-led opportunity with a hybrid schedule. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, collaboration, and keeping caseloads manageable to deliver high-quality client care. LA-based salary starts at $100,000 with potential bonus up to $21,600 annually; includes comprehensive benefits and ongoing CEU support.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Active LBA license in North Carolina required.
• Background checks: criminal check, TB test, pre-employment physical (paid by us).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs; provide parent education.
• Adapt in challenging situations and pursue ongoing growth.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration with families and teams.
• Meet ALP standards and funding-source requirements for client care.
