Job summary

Able Stars ABA in the United States is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The role offers hybrid work, substantial clinical autonomy, and a supportive leadership team to reduce administrative burden so you can focus on high-quality client care.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, supervising RBTs/BTs, collecting data, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master's degree in psychology, ABA, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Autism or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skill and behavior assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee clinical aspects of your caseload using evidence-based practices.
• Train, supervise, and coach RBTs/BTs on treatment plan implementation.
• Collect and analyze client data to guide clinical decisions.
• Complete session notes, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time.
• Maintain monthly billable hour expectations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and attend trainings and meetings.
