Able Stars ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We are an ABA company dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices, with a hybrid model and supportive leadership to handle admin tasks so you can focus on excellent clinical care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• State licensure where required (licensure support available).
• Master’s degree in psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with clients with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; calm under pressure.
• Background check, child abuse clearance, and fingerprinting completed before start.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Completion of the 8-hour BACB supervision course.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skill and behavior assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, EFL, etc.) and write individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee all clinical aspects of your assigned caseload using evidence-based practices.
• Train, supervise, and coach RBTs/BTs on treatment plan implementation, meeting BACB supervision requirements (minimum 10% of direct service hours).
• Collect, analyze, and review client data regularly to guide clinical decisions.
• Conduct monthly parent education and caregiver training sessions.
• Complete session notes, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time.
• Maintain monthly billable hour expectations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and attend company training and meetings.
• Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code and all regulatory and funding source requirements.
