Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing and MA LABA licensure.
• Minimum 2+ years of ABA experience; supervisory exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop data-driven BIPs.
• Provide ABA services across home, center, and remote settings.
• Supervise RBTs and Behavior Technicians for fidelity.
• Coach families and team on evidence-based strategies.
• Attend IEP meetings when appropriate.
