Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Hybrid Center-Home BCBA who will lead clinical programming across home and center settings with limited remote work. You will supervise RBTs, conduct FBAs and BIPs, and collaborate with families and schools to ensure high-quality ABA services.

The role offers mentorship, CEU support, loan repayment options, and a career path toward Senior BCBA or leadership. Travel within designated service regions is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active MA LABA licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum 2+ years of ABA experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical programming and supervision across home, center, and limited remote settings.
• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs with data-driven plans.
• Provide ABA services across home, center, and remote settings.
• Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians to ensure fidelity.
• Coach caregivers and team members on evidence-based strategies.
• Deliver family training to promote skill generalization.
• Monitor and analyze behavioral data to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with school teams and attend IEP meetings when appropriate.
• Partner with internal and external teams to optimize outcomes.
• Where applicable, supervise BCBA trainees accruing hours.
