Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a Float BCBA to support autism services across multiple clinics in a hybrid model, with some telehealth and in-person duties. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise clinical staff, and coach caregivers, ensuring ethical, data-driven outcomes.

The role requires strong clinical expertise, collaborative teamwork, ongoing training, and travel as assigned within the region.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA or state-licensed behavior analyst where applicable.
• Minimum of three years working as a BCBA.
• Five years of ABA experience with autism strongly preferred.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Independently conducts client assessments using appropriate protocols.
• Scores and interprets assessments and discusses findings with stakeholders.
• Develops treatment plans, goals, and required supports; submits by due date.
• Supervises BCBA supervision and other clinical staff; conducts BST.
• Collaborates with caregivers to implement programs and family sessions.
• Participates in meetings, workgroups, and clinical initiatives.
• Follows BACB Ethics Code and Caravel guidelines; provides consultation as needed.
• Engages in clinical training and mentoring of staff.
