Job summary

The Center For Human Services in Sedalia, Missouri is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and supervise individualized ABA therapy programs. These programs aim to improve daily functioning, independence, and quality of life, with data-driven decisions and supervision of RBTs.

The BCBA will lead cross-functional teams, conduct assessments, develop goals, oversee treatment plans, and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required, or within three months of certification.
• Licensed or able to seek licensure through Missouri.
• Excellent Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional teams in support of client’s treatment plan.
• Administer assessments (e.g., ABLS-RR, AFLS) and set goals.
• Assess performance and implement treatment tied to goals (FBA, behavior plans).
• Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Maintain data collection systems and analyze progress data.
• Participate in meetings and support families and care teams.
