Job summary
KidsPeace is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Community Programs to coordinate treatment services for clients. The BCBA will supervise Therapeutic Staff Support and Registered Behavior Technicians, design effective treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles, and provide direct therapy in home and community settings. Qualifications include a Master's or Doctoral degree in Human Services, a BCBA certificate, and at least two years of relevant experience. Qualifications
Minimum of two years' experience in a similar setting.
Prior experience working with individuals with autism strongly preferred.
Personal computer knowledge including graphing and data representation.
Responsibilities
Coordinate treatment services for clients in various settings.
Design and implement effective treatment plans using ABA principles.
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians.
