Qualifications

• BCBA certification required; candidates within three months of certification may be considered.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must live in the service area to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design and supervise therapy programs for clients.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams in treatment plan support.
• Administer assessments and create treatment goals.
• Provide training and feedback to RBTs.
• Ensure ethical implementation of behavior-analytic services.
