Job summary

Able Stars ABA Therapy in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will provide high-quality ABA services, supervise RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, collect data, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification must be in good standing with BACB.
• State licensure where required (licensure support available).
• Master’s degree in psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with clients with Autism and/or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skill and behavior assessments (FBA, VB-MAP, EFL, etc.) and write individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee all clinical aspects of your assigned caseload using evidence-based practices.
• Train, supervise, and coach RBTs on treatment plan implementation, meeting BACB supervision requirements (minimum 10% of direct service hours).
• Collect, analyze, and review client data regularly to guide clinical decisions.
• Conduct monthly parent education and caregiver training sessions.
• Complete session notes, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time.
• Maintain monthly billable hour expectations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and attend company training and meetings.
• Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code and all regulatory and funding source requirements.
