Growing Minds Behavioral Health in the Washington, DC area seeks a Hybrid Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to implement ABA plans under supervision and support RBTs. The role combines in-person and remote work, focusing on developing communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based and naturalistic teaching.

Candidates should hold a BCaBA in good standing with BACB and a relevant bachelor's degree, with strong organizational and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Ability to work both in-person and remote
• Strong organizational, communication, and clinical judgment skills

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide clinical support and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Assist with training, modeling, and performance feedback for direct care staff
• Collect, review, and analyze client data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills using play-based and naturalistic teaching strategies
• Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and caregiver collaboration as appropriate
• Maintain ethical standards, professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors
