Growing Minds Behavioral Health is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to lead ABA treatment plans with supervision from a BCBA. The role supports RBTs, participates in staff training, and uses data to drive treatment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Ability to work both in-person and remote in a hybrid setup.
• Capable of fulfilling required in-person hours for hybrid role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and clinical judgment skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee ABA treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide clinical support and guidance to RBTs.
• Train, model, and give performance feedback to direct care staff.
• Collect, review, and analyze client data to monitor progress.
