You’ll prepare and serve drinks, assist with events, and maintain high standards while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The position requires excellent communication and flexibility, including overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
• Hybrid bartender and server role.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong guest service skills and problem solving.
• Ability to operate a computerized point of sale system.
• Ability to stand for 3+ hours, lift 30+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Take orders accurately and accommodate special requests.
• Prepare all beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Present cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks attractively.
• Maintain clean and organized bar and dining areas; wash glassware.
• Deliver warm, attentive service throughout guests’ visit.
• Provide food running and bussing when needed.
• Know menu items and make recommendations.
• Work as banquet/server for events as instructed.
• Follow food safety and health practices; comply with liquor laws.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Other duties as assigned by management
