Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Serving It Right certification (or provincial equivalent).
• Minimum one year of bartending/restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming and engaging bar experience.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, promotions, and local attractions.
• Make recommendations and upsell food and beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely service.
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests professionally.
• Balance receipts and cash at end of each shift.
