Formación

Responsabilidades

• Handle member calls to deliver services and grow relationships, encouraging self-service options.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems used (NCR online banking, CST bill pay, Temenos).
• Document notes during conversations and multitask while resolving inquiries.
• Follow security procedures and strive for process improvements to increase efficiency.
