TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support on deposit accounts, products, programs, policies, and processes. You will serve as the primary contact, answering inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience through timely and accurate service.

You will handle calls, respond to inquiries, provide accurate information on deposit products, and process transactions per established policies.

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
