You will work with GitHub, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, and cloud platforms, communicating complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Hybrid work is available with weekly in-office days.

Qualifications

• Six years of information systems experience with data storage/backup infra using Commvault or similar.
• Associate's degree + four years relevant experience OR Bachelor's + two years experience with backup
• Master's degree may substitute for all above.

Responsibilities

• Provide top backup infrastructure expertise with focus on customer service.
• Coordinate technical efforts within Data Center Services.
• Support 24/7/365 operations and potential on-call assignments.
