Job summary

Canon U.S.A. Inc. in Melville, NY is seeking a B2C Digital Commerce Experience Specialist to drive growth and optimize the Canon Online Store. You will lead digital experience initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and translate customer insights into a personalized online journey.

This full-time hybrid role requires collaboration with Marketing, IT, Analytics and agency partners, plus hands-on testing, personalization, and analytics to improve engagement, satisfaction and conversion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2–5 years in digital marketing, eCommerce or website optimization.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects across marketing, IT, and business stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

Drive continuous optimization of the Canon Online Store through UX enhancements and on-site search improvements.
Develop personalization strategies and run A/B or multivariate testing to boost engagement and conversion.
Analyze website analytics and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitor Voice of Customer feedback and partner with teams to implement customer-focused changes.
Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Analytics, Merchandising and agencies to prioritize and measure enhancements.
