Job summary

Canon U.S.A. Inc. seeks a B2B Digital Commerce Specialist to drive growth, optimize the B2B eCommerce platform, and raise customer engagement and revenue.

You will partner with Marketing, IT, Product Management, Sales, UX, Analytics and external agencies to implement demand generation, site enhancements, and merchandising improvements that elevate the online buying experience. This full-time, hybrid role requires in-office presence Monday–Wednesday in Melville, NY with the option to work

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital marketing, B2B marketing, eCommerce, or customer experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving marketing, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key business stakeholder for the B2B eCommerce platform, supporting merchandising, customer journey optimization, and enhancements that improve online buying and leasing experiences.
• Partner with IT teams to plan, test, and implement website enhancements, releases, and new functionality for high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with UX, Product, and Marketing to ideate and prioritize on-site experience improvements and support product launches.
• Monitor analytics and customer feedback to identify opportunities, measure performance, and drive improvements in conversion and satisfaction.
