Canon U.S.A. Inc. in Melville, NY seeks a B2B Digital Commerce Specialist to drive growth, optimization, and ongoing success of Canon's B2B eCommerce.

The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule in-office Mon–Wed and remote options for the rest of the week. You will partner with Marketing, IT, Product Management, Sales, UX, Analytics and agencies to enhance the digital customer experience, execute demand generation, and improve conversion and revenue.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3-5 years of digital marketing, B2B marketing, eCommerce, or customer experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with marketing, IT, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience with B2B eCommerce platforms, digital merchandising, and website optimization.
• Familiarity with UX best practices and Google Analytics.

Mansioni

• Serve as a key stakeholder for the B2B eCommerce platform and optimize customer experience.
• Collaborate with IT, UX, Product Marketing to implement enhancements and new functionality.
• Develop and optimize B2B marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Email and Direct Mail.
• Monitor analytics and feedback to improve conversion, engagement and ROI.
• Align marketing strategies with Sales and external agencies for product launches.
