Job summary

Canon U.S.A. Inc. in Melville, NY seeks a B2C Digital Growth & Loyalty Specialist to accelerate the Canon Online Store Loyalty Program and drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue. The role collaborates with Marketing, IT, Analytics, and Sales in a hybrid setup with in-office attendance three days a week and remote options.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in digital marketing, eCommerce, or loyalty programs, plus strong PM, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, customer loyalty, growth marketing, or a related field.
• Experience managing or coordinating cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, IT, Analytics and Sales.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of digital customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead loyalty program optimization and expansion for the Canon Online Store, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee day-to-day marketing, operations, planning, performance monitoring, and vendor coordination for the Loyalty Program.
• Lead and scale Canon’s Affiliate Marketing program, optimizing publisher portfolio for sustainable growth.
• Grow the Canon Employee Store through targeted email, merchandising, and digital initiatives.
• Work with Market Research to identify campaigns and digital initiatives that increase acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Partner with Marketing, Analytics, and Sales to evaluate performance and drive measurable results.
• Identify, evaluate, and test emerging digital channels and partnerships to drive incremental traffic and revenue.
• Coordinate AI-powered shopping experiments and agency/partner relationships.
