Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Melville, NY seeks a B2C Digital Growth & Loyalty Specialist to drive the Canon Online Store loyalty and digital growth strategies. You will coordinate strategy to execution with Marketing, IT, Analytics and external partners, and identify opportunities to acquire customers and retain them.

The role is full‑time with a hybrid schedule: in the office Mon–Wed and optional remote work the rest of the week, with occasional in‑office needs based on business demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; 3–5 years in digital marketing, ecommerce, customer loyalty, or related field.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional initiatives across Marketing, IT, Analytics and Sales.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead acceleration and optimization of the Canon Online Store Loyalty Program with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage day‑to‑day marketing, operations, planning, performance monitoring, and vendor coordination.
• Scale Canon’s Affiliate Marketing program and optimize publisher portfolio for growth.
• Grow the Canon Employee Store via targeted email, merchandising, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with Market Research to identify campaigns and digital initiatives for acquisition and retention.
• Partner with Marketing, Analytics and Sales to evaluate performance and drive measurable results.
