Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Melville, NY is seeking a B2C Digital Growth & Loyalty Specialist to drive the Canon Online Store loyalty program, grow customer engagement, retention, and revenue.

You will partner with Marketing, IT, Analytics, Sales and external partners to plan, implement and measure initiatives from strategy through execution. The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office Mon–Wed and remote options, plus opportunities to explore emerging channels, AI-powered shopping experiences,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3–5 years in digital marketing, eCommerce, loyalty or growth marketing.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, IT, Analytics and Sales.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead acceleration and optimization of the Canon Online Store Loyalty Program with cross-functional teams.
• Support day-to-day marketing, operations, planning, and performance monitoring of the program.
• Lead and scale Canon’s Affiliate Marketing program and manage publisher portfolio.
• Grow the Canon Employee Store through targeted email, merchandising, and digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with Market Research to identify growth opportunities and campaigns.
• Evaluate performance with stakeholders and drive measurable business results.
• Identify and test emerging channels and AI-powered shopping experiences.
