ECAM in Boise, Idaho seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to own the territory and drive new business growth across CCTV, video surveillance, and live/remote video monitoring solutions.

This full-time, hybrid role features uncapped commission with on-target earnings of $175,000 to $250,000 for top performers, plus a base salary and comprehensive benefits. You will prospect, qualify, and close opportunities while collaborating with operations and marketing for a seamless handoff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales or business development with quota attainment.
• Experience managing full sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience selling security technology or CCTV/video systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own full new-business sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Lead a consultative sales process with discovery and stakeholder alignment.
• Create proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
• Maintain pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
• Develop strategic territory plan and targeted accounts.
• Partner with operations to ensure smooth implementation and post-sale experience.
• Collaborate with BDR and GTM teams to improve funnel conversion.
• Support additional initiatives as business needs evolve.
