ECAM, a technology-driven security solutions provider in Los Angeles, seeks a Business Development Manager to own a defined territory and drive profitable growth. You will manage the full sales cycle, from strategic prospecting to negotiation, coordinating with operations, marketing, and leadership to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

The role offers uncapped commission with OTE $175,000–$250,000 and a base around $75,000, in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with quota targets.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Experience responding to RFPs and building ROI narratives.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Own the full new-business sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Lead consultative discovery, stakeholder alignment, and solution design.
• Create proposals, RFPs, and executive presentations for customers.
• Maintain pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting.
• Develop a strategic territory plan and drive outbound activity.
• Coordinate with operations and internal teams for smooth handoff.
• Collaborate with BD and BDR teams to improve funnel conversion.
• Support additional initiatives as business needs evolve.
