Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in West Palm Beach is seeking a tenacious Sales Executive to join our high-energy team. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close in a hybrid, commission-driven environment.

The position requires 3+ years of outside B2B sales, a proven track record (e.g., achieving 105% of sales goals), and strong CRM and presentation skills. You can expect to prospect at least 20 hours per week and target $100k+ in your first year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of success (2 full calendar years, IE 105% of sales goal).
• Strong prospecting and developing a territory.
• Proficiency in CRM systems with data entry and organization of sales data.
• Prior sales training certificate preferred (e.g., Sandler, Presidents Club, Dale Carnegie).
• Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales.
• Outgoing, dynamic personality.
• Can-do attitude and ability to move clients from prospect to close.
• Excellent communicator with presentation or one-to-one meeting skills.
• Ability to coordinate team activities with operations and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients.
• Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations.
• Close sales by building rapport, explaining capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts.
• Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each week.
• Utilize and manage your CRM to maintain all customer information.
• Maintain and manage your Hot 25 list in CRM.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
