Job summary

Indeed Flex, Austin-based, is hiring for a highly executional marketing role that owns campaigns, content, and product marketing support end-to-end. You’ll work at the center of the marketing function, partnering with Revenue to move pipelines and iterate quickly using AI tooling as a core operating layer.

Expect fast-paced delivery, high-quality output, and strong editorial judgment. In-office with a Thursday work-from-home option, based at Indeed's Domain office in Austin.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B marketing with hands-on ownership across campaigns and content
• Daily, embedded use of AI tools in a professional context
• Grit and a genuine bias for speed; ship without waiting for perfect conditions

Responsibilities

• Campaigns — Plan and execute across paid, email, and organic channels; use AI to accelerate copy variants and targeting; report performance insights.
• Content & Assets — Produce long-form, social, emails, landing pages, and sales enablement assets; build AI-assisted workflows.
• Product Marketing Support — Create positioning docs, battlecards, and enablement assets using AI research pipelines.
