The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) is seeking a Systems Engineer to ensure the security, reliability, and performance of its Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, endpoint, and on‑premises infrastructure. You will provide high‑quality technical services across identity management, access provisioning, endpoint security, patch/configuration management, and application deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years IT experience or 7 years direct IT operations experience.
• 3+ years with Microsoft 365, Entra, Active Directory, Intune.
• 3+ years supporting Windows and macOS, endpoint management, and 3+ years supporting Windows Server and VDI.
• Experience with Cisco/Meraki networking and security appliances.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
• Experience writing PowerShell scripts.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Engineering & Operations: Maintain Azure and on-prem systems, deploy updates, and create system health observability.
• Identity & Access Management: Administer Entra ID, AD, RBAC, SSO, MFA, access packages and PIM; manage integrations.
• IT Service Delivery: Respond to ITSM tickets and provide first responder support for infra and network issues.
• Security Engineering: Monitor security appliances, generate monthly compliance and patch reports, research improvements.
