Job summary

Renu Robotics is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to manage and support Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 in a hands-on role. You will handle identity management, cloud services, endpoints, and core business systems to ensure reliability.

You will also provide technical support across the organization, automate tasks with PowerShell, and participate in infrastructure projects in a small but growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of systems administration experience.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with identity and access management including MFA and SSO.
• Experience administering Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
• Working knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage Entra ID, users, groups, roles, MFA and access.
• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
• Configure device enrollment, policies, applications and software deployments.
• Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist Head of IT with infrastructure projects and migrations.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
