Andor Health is seeking an IT Systems Engineering Manager in Orlando to lead a team responsible for Azure, Entra ID, endpoint, and mobile device management.

You will balance hands-on guidance with people development, partner with security and business teams, and drive reliability, security posture, and modern IT operations. The role includes leadership responsibilities, career growth planning, and reporting on delivery to executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT systems administration or infrastructure engineering with leadership experience.
• Strong Azure and Entra ID administration background.
• Experience managing Windows, macOS, and mobile device management environments (Intune, MaaS360).
• Proven planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and executive audiences.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow a team of IT systems engineers with hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Own delivery of the team’s roadmap for Azure infrastructure, identity, endpoint, and MDM.
• Set and uphold security, automation, documentation, and system reliability standards.
