Job summary

TrustedQA, Inc. is seeking an Application/System Administrator to support Windows-based applications and AWS GovCloud services at the Patuxent River facility.

The role requires hands-on installation, configuration, testing, and security hardening of enterprise software and a strong ticketing-system support ethic. The ideal candidate has a robust Windows background, AWSGovCloud experience, and familiarity with DISA STIGS.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, configuring, and administering Windows-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of AWS native services; GovCloud experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting software issues.
• Familiarity with DISA STIGS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, troubleshoot and secure software applications on Windows systems.
• Operate and sustain AWS GovCloud web services.
• Provide support via ticketing system to developers and teams.
• Handle on-site and remote IT tasks as required.
