Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT, Computer systems, or related field; PI System accreditation is preferred.
• Experience with Server/OS maintenance and ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and maintenance for the PI system at MIT Lincoln Lab.
• Document PI System administration tasks and procedures.
• Collect and translate customer requirements into project deliverables.
• Resolve complex technical issues with significant autonomy and sound judgment.
• Collaborate in a high-performing team; support travel up to 20% as needed.
• Assist in transitioning PI System from physical to virtual hardware.
