Job summary

Invenergy LLC is seeking a skilled AVEVA PI System expert to administer enterprise-scale PI environments, ensuring reliable data collection from OT sources such as SCADA, DCS, RTUs, and PLCs. You will design scalable data integration approaches, implement automation with Python, PowerShell, and .NET, and coordinate with IT for infrastructure upgrades.

The role includes leading PI System improvements, maintaining documentation, and mentoring junior team members, while supporting control center

Qualifications

• Five or more years administering enterprise-scale AVEVA PI environments including Data Archives, PI Collectives, AF, Interfaces, Connectors, AVEVA Connect, PI Web API, and PI Vision.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for OT systems, focusing on the AVEVA PI System and data integrations.
• Configure and maintain data collection into the AVEVA PI System from OT platforms, including SCADA, DCS, RTUs, PLCs, and other sources.
• Develop automation for system maintenance and custom telemetry feeds to third parties using Python, PowerShell, and .NET.
• Lead efforts to improve PI System architecture, data integrations, and platform reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions and integrations.
