Job summary

DSA Inc. seeks an Operations Technical Support professional to support the MIT Lincoln Lab PI System, built on AVEVA PI with extensions and system integration.

The position is on-site at Hanscom AFB (Lexington, MA) with partial remote work and up to 20% travel, supporting transition of PI System from physical to virtual hardware. The role emphasizes maintenance, documentation, and translating requirements into deliverables, with opportunities for training and certifications to broaden job

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OSIsoft/AVEVA PI System experience with Data Archive, Asset Framework, Asset Analytics, and PI Vision.
• Associates degree in IT, Computer systems, or related field.
• AVEVA PI System Accreditation.
• Experience with Server/OS maintenance (patching, etc.).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to obtain DOD Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required).
• Desire and ability to perform training programs and certifications to extend job functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and maintenance for the customer's PI system.
• Documentation of PI System administration tasks and procedures.
• Collecting, refining, and documenting customer requirements.
• Translate customer requirements into project deliverables.
• Resolve complex technical issues that require significant freedom of action and sound judgment.
• Multi-task effectively and act with limited supervision.
• Other duties as assigned.
